In Comp World the schedule is live. Each section carries how long one performance takes, so moving a section recalculates everything after it, breaks included, and publishing sends the new times to every competitor in it.

Questions
How much does Comp World cost?
A once-off $99 NZD (excl. GST) per competition. There is no subscription and no ongoing fee, and you keep 100% of your spectator ticket sales. A small service fee is added to each competitor's registration and to each spectator ticket, and is paid by the buyer — not by you.
What happens when I move a section?
Everything after it recalculates, including the blocked time slots you set aside for breaks and ceremonies. Publishing the change pushes the new times to every competitor in the sections affected.
Can I schedule across several days and rooms?
Yes. Sections are placed across days and venues, and each on-the-day tool opens on the section it is responsible for — so an operator in one room only ever sees that room’s running order.
Do competitors see the schedule?
Yes. Every competitor gets a personal schedule in the free app that updates as the running order moves, and spectators at the venue can open a live schedule from a QR code with no login at all.
How does the schedule keep up on the day?
Pressing play in the live music player stamps the actual start time and advances the running order on every screen and phone at once, with a badge showing how far ahead or behind the published times you are.
What time zone are the times in?
The competition’s own. Times are shown in the venue’s time zone rather than the device’s, so a host or competitor looking from another country still sees the time the performance actually starts at the venue.
What happens if the venue internet drops?
Every competitor’s music is pre-downloaded to the playback device before the session starts, so the music keeps playing even if the venue Wi-Fi goes down. The live tools reconnect and resync automatically once you are back online.
